Flame Painted Copper
Each design is made from pure copper and after several steps of preparation, the copper is heated using propane and oxygen. The flame is applied to the copper surface by hand in a sequence that makes each piece unique and enables the copper to turn into a rainbow of colors.

My first 2 designs are going to be made into barrettes. Then I flame paint a pair of earrings and finally a leaf to be made into a pendant or pin.
